HHO Fuel Made Simple

HHO fuel verges on being a Damascus epiphany for those of us who don't want to blue their hard earned money at the gas pumps. Water acts as the source supply and HHO gas replaces up to 60% of the standard gasoline or diesel used in all in any vehicle's internal combustion engine.

Until car manufacturers are cajoled by market forces or governments to introduce HHO fuel or other sources of alternative energy, a simple home-made device is the only answer. And there is no need to be put off by the fact that currently a kit is a do it yourself job. Costing less than $160 to make, they are just as effective as a unit bought from a specialist for over $6,000.

It does not require the brains of a nuclear scientist to figure out the technology and chemistry. Any decent guide should tell you everything you need to know.

How To Make HHO Fuel

The en tire system lies beneath the hood of the auto, unless the control panel is wanted on the driver's dashboard. An HHO cell, or generator, is constructed of CPVC or other high temperature resistant compound. They are easy to work with and cost just a few dollars from a plumbers store. These are normally built to hold around a quart of water with enough room above to collect the oxyhydrogen as it forms.

Inside the generator is housed an electrode. Ideally it should be made from platinum or a similar, but many metals will suffice quite adequately. The cell is connected to the vehicle's battery and ignition wires. Each time the car or truck is started an electrical pulse passes through the water. Consequently hydrogen fizzes from the cathode and oxygen is produced from the anode.

The oxygen and hydrogen then recombine in gaseous form to produce HHO gas. A good instruction guide will explain everything. This gas is then introduced to the carburetor, via a vaporizer, and catalyzes the combustion of standard gasoline or diesel far more efficiently than before. In fact, it becomes so much more efficient that up to 90% of the auto's fuel is burnt as opposed to around 30% normally.

Apart from the bubbler, which simply stops moisture entering the engine, the only other thing required is an electrical circuit. It links up the battery, ignition and generator and is monitored by a control unit, costing about $30.

Advantages

Kits attract a massive two thousand dollar tax deduction. In fact the government, via the IRS, is so keen on this type of technology they will give a refund all the way up to $50,000 for a heavy goods vehicle. Outside the USA, other countries vary in their generosity, but suffice to say they are all beginning to offer something as an incentive.

Another great arrow in the quiver of HHO fuel is that it gives off absolutely no harmful emissions. The only byproduct is water which trickles occasionally from the exhaust pipe.

So, anyone can save tons of money on gas, get money back from the IRS and be truly environmentally friendly.
